Sensual Happiness is temporary

MERRY CHRISTMAS

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL..🙂

Posting this won’t be that easy. I’m still undecided on what I like to have this Christmas. Maybe because I have almost everything that I wanted and need.

What I learned from the retreat I had and from some books, people can’t have the full happiness here on earth. True and whole happiness is attained only after you are in the Kingdom of God.

Knowing these things, I can say that all I need now is not the Sensual Happiness that can be attained through material things and other things that can temporarily fulfill your emptiness. I need that full contentment in life. I cannot still be that contented until I reach His Kingdom.

Today is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. Through Him, His teaching, I got a chance to know God better. I was able to understand the true meaning of happiness.

*So I was right on saying that this year, I will be happy on Christmas day. But still, I miss my dad. (we all do)

“Our happiness will be perfect in heaven because in heaven there will be nothing to add to it.”
